You can read it on the blog, Week-End Special Part – X, under The Payment Gateway. It was actually 4 participants that were kicked out.
Having said that, it’s really sad that the selected ones are not following the Confidentiality Agreement they have signed. Four EAP applicants have already been dis-qualified on the grounds of information disclosures. ~ Rohan

Everyone here is an Innovator, whether by choice or ignorance...
So where is this disclosed information?![]()
I really doubt you will ever shut up the critics. Regardless of the quality of the device they will find something to harp about.
If it's not the device itself they will question production. If not production, they will question how it is sold or where it is sold or how many are sold or the return policy or any other of a thousand
details one could complain about regardless of the device or vendor. Until this thing is rolled out in large quantities and is established it is just going to be more and more blah, blah blah...
I just want one... It's that simple.
yeah.!! i am most frustrated by this constant need to find something to criticize..!! and whats with this crap about his english, his secondary language...blah blah..!! people are over analyzing..! Indian graduates are amongst the best English speakers in the world, and you have seen Rohan speak in many videos.. there is absolutely nothing very concerning about his english..! I dont know which shakespear's these @!#$ING critics were born to..!!
Rohan did the right thing by contacting Android Police to sort issues out. He did the same with John Biggs or Crunchgear. The TROLLS lead by John Bigss will always be around.
Rohan must remember that it was his faith and conviction in the product was what got him so far. Just believe in what you do and bring the adam out. We are all behind you you.
Adam rocks and so do you.
Peace\m/
I thank whatever gods may be,
For my unconquerable soul.
I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul.
His speaking English is much better than his typed English. The problem with his English, though, is when it's posted on the websites for all to see, people see the mistakes and become concerned that it's not a legit enterprise. If you are not a long term follower of Rohan's blog and your only contact was visiting the website or the blog briefly, it would resemble some of the spam emails you get.
And I'm not sure some people know what a "troll" is.
A troll post obviously...
Some confusion around making a distinction between simple and graduate me thinks...
(Yes I know that is not a proper sentence. And yes my spelling is terrible).
I think uneducated/illiterate would be a better choice of words than simple.
I reckon it falls into same camp as :
Why do the French start burning sheep when thing don't go their way ?
Why do the English start start rioting when their football team looses ?
Why do the Americans start bombing everytheng when they don't get thier way ?
etc.

I hope you're wrong, but I'm afraid you'll be right. I find most of the information coming out recently has either raised more questions than answers or disappointed expectations, or both. I think it's too bad that over the last few weeks, Rohan didn't just come out and say the trackpad wasn't going to be working and that the memory was only going to be 8GB (for example). People have been asking on the blog and speculating for a while about both of these issues. I think not saying anything raised expectations and only has led to disappointment for some. Bad news is not like a fine wine, it doesn't get better with age. If you're going to disappoint people, it's better just to say it sooner rather than later.
I can't speak for anyone else, but I am concerned about the language. Why? Because if this company is going to succeed, the quality of the marketing matters as much as or more than the product (just look at the iPad). I care because I want Notion Ink to succeed and to be around for a long time, but it just seems that if Rohan really got this, he would have professional marketing/PR/advertising people working on the web site and other marketing components. The fact that he does not appear to have those people doesn't offend me, it makes me question whether he has really figured out what it's going to take to make this company successful. Should people be able to look beyond the language and simply see the incredible merits of this product? Yes, I think so. But Notion Ink isn't in the business of confronting/changing people's cultural biases, they're in the business of designing AND selling a brilliant product. I don't think they'll be able to sell without paying attention to the quality of the language and the presentation of the product.
Being critical does not make someone a troll. And I agree with you that Rohan did the right thing. Good business people recognize the need to listen to the critics, and it seems he is doing that now.
I agree that Adam rocks, but history is full of stories of great products that failed because owners couldn't or wouldn't market/sell their product. To succeed and to be around, a business needs that vision and passion to be sure, but they also need sound, strategic business sense. I hope Rohan is finding that.
While many of us who have been following Notion Ink for months now will look beyond that myriad mistakes of recent weeks and buy and Adam, this company will need a much bigger market to succeed, and that larger market won't look beyond them. They'll read about these serious missteps in some blog, go down the street and buy a crappy tablet they can see and touch from a store to which they can return it if need be. And Notion Ink will be discussed in business schools around the world as the latest case study on how to design a far superior product and fail anyway. I REALLY hope this doesn't happen!![]()
