Seriously? Waiting almost 2wks after pre-orders to give a video because it's an "anniversary?" That sounds like a pretty lame excuse to me.

It seems that the 18th is the special day. I wonder then why he didn't wait until the 18th or 19th to open pre orders. It wouldn't have made a difference on shipping and he would have been able to provide video etc.

initial plan was to launch at CES. pre-order was supposed to be for the people who dont mind getting it without a demo. but with all the ruckus that happened he want to release video on 18th.

I have no problem with Rohan, doing his own thing. Its his company, his brainchild, and his willingness to share for over a year the 'adam's move from idea to (hopefully) final product, so let him pick his own formal video intro date.
