Can anyone locate my Adam for me? Sent to repair and no news at all

Adam reached Tactus Labs on 22/6

After sending dozens of emails to notion ink support, i finally got a reply stating that they'd send it back to me in the end of july.

Since then, no news at all. Sent dozens of emails to notion ink support, tactus labs ( though i know they cant reply ) , nothing at all.

I'm pretty worried about my Adam.

Is there a way i can reach notion ink support? What can i do

It's an ugly company - I've pushed your/other cases on my website too, hopefully that will shame them to respond. Personally I think tactuslabs may be dead and NI is running around trying to figure out what next. I've asked them more than once about tactuslabs and they've been quiet on that aspect.
