    Flash usage

Greetings, I have just begun to get familiar with the Adam ( I have 2 both PQ 1 3g and 1 wifi only). The 3g one worked much better with the native Eden than the wifi one. I don't know if there's a difference in the firmware or just luck.
Anyway, I loaded the Beast Rom in the 3G one and downloaded Kindle for Android. I noticed there was no way not to have the app be placed in the internal 8GB flash. I was really hoping the books themselves could be stored on either a usb flash drive or the micro SD card I installed. But there was no way to do that either that I could see. I had assumed that even if I couldn't run apps from the external micro sd card I could use it for app data? I wanted to have videos on my flash drive and play them on the adam. I expected to have books on my flash drive or micro SD card and read them on the adam. Is there an explanation of what can be done on the extra storage?
An unrelated question: I use keepass to generate my Amazon password and cut and paste it to access my kindle. Is there a way to run keepass for android and cut and paste the generated password? It was almost impossible to type(only NI's keyboard had all the characters it used.
    Thanks for any help, RobZ

i use beast to and i keep all my books stored in the micro sd card. i just use sniffer to copy and paste the books. how ever all my books are either pdfs are epubs and do not need kindle to load them. i do not know if u can store books on a flash drive from amazon books.
if u have problem using keep pass u should give lastpass a try. it keeps all your passwords in sync. i got it and its only 12 bucks

    Video from flash drive

I was able to play a ripped video from a flash drive. Opening the movie player showed no available videos to play but from the sniffer it suggested the Movie Player app and the movie played fine. I guess I can try a kindle book from the sniffer and see if it suggests the kindle app.

I doubt you'll be able to do much with kindle books. Amazon's kindle (and apps) are notorious for specifically NOT letting you control your media. I just read today that if you cancel an eMagazine subscription (like NY Times for instance) you lose all your previous editions as well.

    App storage

So there is no way - a new rom perhaps for Android apps to look in all connected storage for books, videos, jpgs, etc from within the app? I would like my apps to look in the internal SD, the micro SD card, as well as any usb flash drives connected for data files. As I said previously I could open the file on my usb flash drive and it suggested an app but that seems inelegant at best but it does work. Is this a flaw in android that it assumes all memory is internal?
