I sent an email to the support team already. I enclosed a copy of said email. I received an auto reply form Rohit, but he is out of office until April 24th. This is a problem for me, I am a student who needs the Adam for school and am going on travels where the Adam will be vital to keep up. Please Help in whatever way possible.
Dear Support Team,
I have had my Adam for several weeks now and everything has been going great! Up until very recently. Lately, my battery has not been working. Whenever I disconnect from my charger, the Adam unit turns off and will not turn back on. The only time in it will turn on and functions is when plugged in. The blue light turns on, but the battery indicator does not show charging. I can use the Adam as normal, until i unplug it, and then the Adam automatically shuts off. This is a problem, as the Adam is my mobile computer for school. A very, very rapid response and fix is necessary! Thanks so much for your support.
