You will be included for sure, but the question is, have you read about the previous "pre-order" fiasco? The long wait and numerous delays that you'll be seeing.
Yep, some of us still doesn't have even tracking number. Me, for example, even though I paid for an Adam on February 9. And support is simply ignoring all my letters.
So if you pay in April, be ready to get it in autumn.
chances are high. I was delayed about 3 weeks from ESTIMATED delivery date, really happy went for it. Think end of month for details.

PO# started, ordered mine Thursday 4.14...i dont expect to check details until end of May..at least.

Which device should you buy?
The first one !..... I cancell my order with the NI... and now purchase the Asus !... I was not fast enough, but i'm on pole position 50 ... from a provider in Canada that are the largest ASUS provider here... so i could expect receiving it very soon.
I also test their services... i send e-mail asking when it will shipped, and if i purchase fast enough to be the first....
And guess how much time it took to receive a reply from them ?.... not 2 week... not 3 week... not 1 month... nooooo .... 1 day.... 1 only day... without any appologies, warm regards,... And lot of honesty !
So i'm confident there !
Forget the ADAM go with the ASUS or ACER...
LCD + Wifi variant -- Ordered Dev 9th -- Shipped Feb 14th -- RECEIVED 02/24/2011. ADAM viewing angle suck!!!
Screen brokenbut still usable, but I got lucky, I got the full purchase amount back from AMEX Card.
