wait, it's 16:30 at the moment in England. it's 22:00 in India. Which makes 3.5 hours until it launches, yeah? That would be 1:30am in India and 18:00 in England, so not early morning for Europe, more like mid-evening.

1:30 would be 20:00 in the UK. but if they wait until start of business on the 9th (09:00) it will be early morning about 4am

Think Notion Ink is updated at noon in India, so all these times mentioned is guess work. If it is noon its another 12 hour wait.

IST==+5.30 from GMT.
And the counter changes at 11:30 IST==06.00 GMT.
