Indian PO2 - GATI Tracking Number - WRONG ADDRESS

Please make sure you all talk to GATI Support ensure your order/shipment heading towards your address.

Mine and few others have been incorrect or totally wrong. In my case, the name is correct rest of all wrong.

They are asking us to change the address by talking to the Booking Office in Bangalore. I do not have any phone number but they gave me an email-id sudhendra.salvankar@gati.com.

I have sent an email with all order details, GATI communication copying NI Support.

All the indian customers Please do confirm your address from GATI. The delivery address is wrong for many of us. The gati customer service has asked me to contact the sender(notion ink) & ask them to send the correct address to gati at email-id sudhendra.salvankar@gati.com.

Same here. They have a wrong shipping address. Wrong phone number given. I found Bangalore office number, however no one is answering the call. If we try correcting the address tomorrow then delivery might get delayed by another day. This is unaccepatable.

I think we all have to collect the adam from gati office in our respected cities, ourself, Think due to wrong address if gati reshiped the adam back to notion ink OMG Cant take any chanses, so tommorow i will track my shipment and get adam directly from gati sub office.

possibly IF you know who it was shipped with. You did not mention that, so cannot be too much help to you.

Even my address is wrong. I can not believe this is happening. The delivery destination is Bangalore. However the address they have is of secundrabad, the customer support could not even read it. It was scrambled.
