still waiting the tracking number i order my ADAM in 09/02/11 and every time i sent email no respont! they told me tha was shipped and friday i take this email..Did they lie? THANKS ear Customer

Our records indicate that you had ordered for a LCD Wifi only variant of the Adam.
We regret to inform you that we will currently be unable to ship your order due to certain issues with China Customs with regard to this variant. However, we are offerring you alternate choices.
We can offer you either one of the following variants:
LCD Wifi + 3G (UMTS 900 / 2100 MHz)
If you are in the US, then the 3G function would not be operational. However, you will be able to use EDGE and Wifi without any issues.
If you are not in the US, then you will be able to use the 3G functionality as well.
The difference amount that you would have to pay is USD 50 only.
PixelQi Wifi only
This variant would be the same as the variant that you ordered, except that the screen would be a PixelQi one.
The difference amount you have to pay is USD 124.12.
Once your payment is confirmed with us, your device will be dispatched by the end of Monday at most.
We kindly request you to think about this and let us know your decision within the next 24 hours, by logging into your order status page, where you will be able to choose a different variant and make a payment for the same.
However, if you wish not to choose either and proceed with a cancellation of your order, you will be able to do the same from your order status page. Once your cancellation request has been received by us, we will proceed with the refund of your payment in full.
Kindly let us know how you wish to proceed, within the next 24 hours in order to avoid any delays in you receiving your device.
