Dead pixel

Hi all, got my Adam last night and had a little play with it and when I turned it on today it had a tiny little red dot in the middle, which is only noticeable when against a dark background. Is there anything I can do? Really disappointed as I have had it lest than 24hrs and it's already damaged.
