Ordered my money back with Visa

A month ago I've received my Adam DOA, after about 4 weeks mailing, bagging, friendly asking, nasty demanding etc., NI finally agreed replacing my Adam. This took between 40 and 50 mails.
TNT would contact my shortly about picking-up my Adam. After a week of mailing I've finally received a message from NI, they had problems with TNT and now DHL would contact me shortly. Now after again 5 days of mailing NI Support they reply to nothing any more. Still nothing from DHL, TNT or NI Support.

It's one big fraud and today I've claimed my money back from Visa Insurance and filed a complained against NI because of fraud and asked Visa to ban NI worldwide to avoid making more victims. They asked all my mails to and from NI to support this action. I've send them all to Visa.

All members beware of these crooks and stay away from them. You'll end in the same **** as me.

Ben, I hope you rethink your claims and your actions, as you may be hurting those you purport to protect. There is nothing in your story that gets to a refusal by either TNT or DHL to do business with NI. There could be problems of another nature.

You legitimate complaint is service from NI. And I wholeheartedly agree you pursue all remedies, through visa. But to then jeopardize others who may have gotten their Adams, or who may get them by saying it's a fraud is not in anybody's interest, especially your own. NI is guilty of bad service, not fraud. Banning NI from visa denies others the safety net of the large credit company.

Please be reasonable, I'm sure you will get much more support for the legitimate aspects of your claim and may even get a faster response from NI.

For 4,5 weeks now I've tried really everything to get those guys moving or to keep them to their promises..
Not one promise was kept. I've got about 20 promises from NI and not one, really zero, was kept.
4.5 weeks I'm kicking this dead horse now.
I've ordered and paid my Adam Dec. 9th 2010, received it the last week of February and upon now I'm still empty handed.

I've got no options left, if you have any better idea..............please, I'll be very grateful.

I would be furious in your position and at my ropes end too. I feel your pain but just don't feel that NI are crooks. Overwhelmed, understaffed, unprepared perhaps but not crooks.

Zad, what you do is not right. I'm from Holland to and I have no complains about NI. The people from NI are very busy at this moment with Chinese border problems, corrupt Indian custom officials and the growing pains of being a startup. I'm sure you have all the rights to be angry, but don't let your feelings spoil the fun of thousands of other people... And I'm sure that next week the people of NI have more time to solve the problems you are facing. Give them time and space to develop their dream. I'm sure they will do everything to help you to develop yours when they have the time.

Have you tried a physical letter to NI? In a world of "instantaneous" communications the power of the letter sent through snail mail cannot be underestimated. That and if you received a stock answer to that then you would have the right to be peeved.

I don't have their actual address to write to. As they are not able in 2 week organising to send my Adam back, I've offered them that I send my Adam to them. I've asked them their address to send my Adam to, they did not want to give that.

On the papers with my Adam I could not find an address of NI
