Currently, the shipments are under going customs clearance and there is no fixed time frame for the customs clearance. Customs clearance is a time consuming process and it is all in the hands of customs people. Gati cannot order them to clear our shipments on priority. Kindly bear with us

Have you heard the news that talks about complaints? Well, in the news, they have mentioned that Last Wed a group of governments and private consumer protection groups published its 2010 Consumer Issue Survey report. The survey indicates that American consumers are most annoyed by automobile purchasing and repair problems. Credit cards and debt collection comes in 2nd. For the very first time, fraud showed up in the top 10 areas of issue. Auto and credit collection issues top consumer complaints. I am not really surprised when this issue started because as we all know that there are lots of different complaints right now regarding the product's quality.
