    I sincerely hope that those of you who ask to get your money back do not get it. Perhaps then you will understand what it means to be an early adopter. I find this turn of events unbelievable. Fraud? Really?

    @gamesix: well, I'm also starting to get, ..., well anxious is the right word.
    Early adopter does NOT mean not getting it until it's old stuff...

    I'm not there yet, but I'm also considering a cancellation.

    I'm totally enough of those of you with all these "pre-order" or "early adopter" blah blah blah, just cut the BS! There are still some people who ordered on 09/12/10 haven't received their adams by now, I mean WTF is that really?

    Think about it guys, it is nearly end of March now and NI is still doing pre-orders... still can't deliver their product in a reasonable time frame... still can't give customers honest insights when problem occurs... I'm not saying that NI is scammer or something, but it seems to me they are certainly failing, with more and more choices available on the market in the year of tablets, I don't know if NI can survive very long just by doing like that even though that isn't what I'd have liked to c.

    How long does one wait before we call NI a scammer.. people from the Dec. order on the 9th of April will have waited 120 days.. do we wait 8 more weeks, 180 days half a year and call them scammers? I think they are looking like scammers now.. If the device is stuck in customs send another one.. it isn't my problem.. It is their problem.. have them returned to factory.. If the Device is lost in shipping.. oops their problem again.. send another one, sort it out with the shipper... I don't understand if this is Indian Culture.. but the customer is always right is my culture.. F'ing over the client is a sure way to ensure other people get their business.. I am tired of NI expecting us to just eat their problems.. it is their problem, and our right to be pissed off..
    Ordered PQI+Wifi 11 Feb 2011, Delivered 11:54 3/31/2011 No actual work been accomplished since..

    I too have formally requested that my order be cancelled and NI has not responded. Calling AMEX on Friday. I ordered on Feb 5th and paid in full. At NO TIME was I ever told that I am a "beta-tester" nor was I given any consideration for doing such tasks. At every step of the way, NI has represented itself as a company that had a product ready for market and that we were CUSTOMERS.

    So all you FAN BOYS can shove the "tester", "start up", etc rhetoric up you proverbial rear ends. In the US, customer support from India is looked upon as sub-standard which is why so many of us choose to business with companies that have not "out-sourced" their support operations ti the sub-continent.

    I really thought NI was different and they might be, but they have lost the "buzz" and their window of opportunity has past them by. Momentum has shifted, decidedly, against NI with their customer base and the market. Recovery from this fiasco is all but impossible and NI WILL disappear. More likely sooner than later. While I am not ready to accuse NI of fraud, it is fait-accompli that their ineptitude prevents them from taking any action that would move NI in a positive direction.

    I ordered using AMEX too. So they said they will investigate the charge or what? Never have to do this before but I really run out of patient!
