    Angry Now I'm pist at the EAP....

    I'm an EAP member phase 1 and I won't give any details just that I got bumped to phase 2 because:

    - I didn't fill the order -> I did
    - or I refused to pay through bank wire -> I accepted bank wire

    I don't know what's going on with Notion Ink... I shut my mouth (still do), filled all the requested papers, accepted all had to be accepted but got bumped any way and Notion Ink do not reply to emails...

    Sorry, I'm bad at handling frustration.
    Joe S.

    I suppose one of the problems with working with a start-up company in another country is that, sometimes, the developer support is lacking. Due to the time zone differences, you may want to try contacting them again.

    Did you get confirmation from your bank that the wire transfer went through?

    Wow! Sorry to hear that man. my next question is not ment to be answered, but I was wondering if any adams had even went out to teh EAP members. I know it is hush hush but it would be nice to know if they are at least in the wild and not still being refined.

    I understand you are frustrated, but it does take time for Notion Ink to reply to emails. I'm sure they receive hundreds, if not thousands of emails a day, and answering each and every one in a timely manner is not always possible. As mentioned above, time-zone differences don't help this issue either. However, please have some patience and await Notion Ink's reply.

    Also, we do not allow members participating in the EAP program to identify themselves on NotionAddicts. This is in order to avoid any problems with the confidentiality agreement signed. Please no discussions about the EAP.
