They started off by saying approximate, and possible but then the bullies started threatening and screaming. So they felt forced to give more precise dates.
If you receive a lot of aggressively worded mail at some point you give it. Can you imagine the barrage of wordvomit they have to deal with.
They were bullied by a bunch of bullies. Very pathetic...but there you have it..

I havent seen a bullying message that forced NI to give specific dates. I have seen peoples emails to them which where by no means bullying and received a reply saying 48 hrs, which we all know expired. At the end of the day there has been no communication for everyone who ordered, since the 14th.

I am getting conflicting emails from Mr Jim.

On March 14, 2011 it says my adam is undergoing customs clearance.

On March 18, 2011 it says my adam left the warehouse and will get my tracking number by 19th.

sorry i cant help but laugh. Its either that or cry.

Well, i for one havent had any response. I dont know which is worse conflicting emails or no word at all

Is it possible that they need customs clearance before leaving the warehouse, you know, like a clearance number that's added to the address label or something to show that it's cleared for export?

@Ramchi: Questions are guaranteed in life but answers are not!! When NI's fault is so transparent, Tina and gang normally choose to be silent!! Dont be surprised if you get a downgrading email on 20th!!
