Is Adam related to Google ? - Rohan said so.

In July, Rohan mentioned in his blog that Notion Ink has something to do with Google. I haven't read anything in this regard. Have you ?

Speculations about Honeycomb (Android 3.0) started around early August if I remember correctly, so maybe Rohan had some insider information about this new OS for tablets.

Or maybe the Adam will be the dev tablet which Google pushes with Honeycomb?

Regardless, having Google backing in any way, shape, or form would be great!

Someone posted the requirements for the market on here somewhere. the only thing in quest when i looked at it is needs to be able to be used as a phone. So it should be fine with the 3g models. The wireless only comes into question though.

The be honest I am looking forward to what they have on it at launch and in their market. it all sounds great

Maybe Adam can have the new Google Bookstore that's supposed to come out in Dec.

Well, I wouldn't be entirely surprised if Google isn't going to be taking a good long look at Adam's software stack. While Adam's core apps (currently weather, drawing, calendar, comic store, e-reader, etc.) are Notion Ink's alone, their changes to the core Android package, mainly in the form of the introduction of panel multi-tasking, might have to be submitted back upstream, depending on Android's software license.

The light-mode panels are an amazing idea, and it's really going to be the feature that, at least at first, is going to clearly separate Adam from the pack.

Oh, you just need a browser for the Google bookstore... that's good, then.

If Google books can sync across devices, then I'll consider it.
