When you connect your adam to pc, there is a status that appears on adam's top notification bar. drag it (the notofication bar) from top to down to open it and than choose for adam to act like external storage. i have same OS on my pc as you do and it works for me

said, you can try getting the drivers from the Jan24 fix, though I'm not sure if they'll work with your 64bit version...
Visit either of the links below (they're both from Greg), download the zip file for your version, unzip, inside you'll find the folder usbpcdriver which you should point to once you get the driver error. You might need to go into the amd64 subfolder during the driver install procedure to find a DLL.

I have another related question: When I connect Adam to the pc and drag and drop files, I get different results, when accessing them on the device. I can access and run .apk files, but any other file (images, videos, kindle files, comics, documents you name it) doesn't show up. Neither through Sniffer or any associated application. Why is that?
EDIT: Never mind. It seems Adam just doesn't "update" the internal memory after USB transfer. By performing a reboot after each transfer the files magically appear![]()
