    Investors must be hopping mad?

If I was a major investor in this company, I would be concerned in how Rohan is running it (into the ground). I would be concerned about the delays and how some newer orders are being delivered, but older orders are still waiting.
I would be wondering if after these problems, will all my cash be spent, and the company be bankrupt?

    I would be worried.....

(I am an investor, but only for the sum of $425(dec orders), as I have nothing to show for it!!)

We are the investors. I seriously doubt there are any big investors. Each order is done with money from the next order, that is why they end up being partial orders and get bigger as they go. Hopefully they get to the point where they can manufactor big enough orders to ship an entire order in one shot.

I am an investor as well. I received my product in time, about three weeks ago. In those past weeks Adam has been glued in my hands. Great tool, wonderfull toy. I spend hours surfing, reading, Listening music, playing games and watch tv shows (with the tv show app) etc etc. I feel truly sorry for the people that encounter problems but I can tell you it is definately worth your waiting!

Rohan being a new kid on the block - have no freaking idea to run a *successful* business based on TRUTH or TRUST. He needs to hire a capable CEO, sooner the better.

INVESTORS are freaking stingy - messing up a great idea.

    My 2 cents.

Well they did have angel investors and private equity partners. They may be on schedule for second round of funding before retail launch. An ability to sell to a world wide audience with just a free blog I would not be unsually unhappy. CE business is very cash intensive. Also since there are 6 founders duliting stake for partners is not easy. Those who except to invest the huge amount required by CE business will demand not only share but will also want to be in drivers seat as far as product decisions are concerned. For most investors that means take no risk just convert your product to whatever is already available in the market ie laptops or netbooks. I think this makes NI very vary and it must choose the right type of investor where their ability to choose technology is not compromised. They would also be looking at investors who can add mangement bandwidth.

Is there a spec sheet on this someplace? I would be curious to see who got the pitch and is backing these folks. I realized it is still private but someone in the investing world has to be talking about it.

how many of you actually know anything about investing?
THERE IS NO WAY the customers are part of the investment fond. when private companies like this get investors, the investors know that they will lose money in the beggining. what they are investing on is a long term investment. this way when the company becomes a success those who invested not only get alot of profit made out of their money but also have majority of shares of that company.

Saied is right, and for those who are constantly saying, Rohan is running the company down to the ground.. yeah right.

They already sold out on PO2 and I am more than positive that they will sell out on PO3.
