Dec 9th batch-shipped status-No tracking update.I reckon their interpretation of shipped is different from ours.
Bloody well won't receive this device until March.
As for emailing support, duplicates of the same generic email keeps coming in.

I read more threads here about customers, getting damaged, not functional, broken adams as from customers with perfectly working devices... Expect Adam whenever you want... but pray your god that you got one of these hard-to-find working devices

Seriously. It's not like NI is producing as many tablets as someone like Apple does, so why can't each Adam be tested before being shipped? Since NI is taking so long to ship, you would think quality control wouldn't be an issue. I can't imagine how some folks on here felt when they received their Adam after waiting months only to find out that it's defective.

Don´t forget: First there are these flashing eyes when people find out that Adam really exists... then you are disappointed by that broken device.

I wish to know how many people hat a broken device or waiting for shippment (by region) to find out what the game is called Notion Ink plays with us...

And why did they send that "3-5 working days" email? Do they give us just a runaround? Or is this in fact the date adam will arive?

I finally got a response as well. Bottom line is that it does not look like it shipped yet as I will "certainly hear from TNT once your orders have been processed by them".

Which means Rohan lied when he said that ALL orders from PO1 and PO 1.5 had already been shipped. How many times are we going to let him get away with this?

I have personally checked with our logistics partners about your order. Your device was recalled by the factory before shipment as they suspected quality issues.

So, the status is shipped, but it was recalled before shipment. Ah!

I believe that NI can only get limited time on the factory floor and was not able to build enough to satisfy the order during the last run. Either that or they did build enough for pre order 1 but failed to limit shipments to pre order 1. I bet they printed out all the packing slips and marked orders as shipped when that happened and then did not have boxes to send so the unused slips are sitting on a shelf somewhere in China waiting for Adams to slap them on.

Whatever the case, I'm so tired of not being told the truth! Rather than tell us they di dnot ship, they leave us twisting in the wind for a week. Xoom comes out in the US tomorrow. I never anticipated that I would be able to get a Xoom before I could get and Adam....
