I believe it is support issue 4778.
The two portals do not give the user the same information. Although the order number is the same, including the xx-x, for my order, the store . notionink gives me: processed and use order number as a tracking number. The notionink . com / store site says that my payment options have expired and shows no purchase.
For some it has been the other way around. You should get the same result at both sites. If they were set up for different order batches than your user name and password should not work for the site that is not applicable to your order.
I'm sure that fixing this would reduce your inquiries.
