    Unhappy Pre-Order Not Paid, unable to pay, no response from NI

    I picked up a valid pre-order invite from another party and used it to place an order for a PQ/3G. On the first screen I fille dout my billing and shipping address info then clicked the button to pay with AMEX. The website presented an error that the gateway could not be contacted and that I was required to contact NI Support to resolve the issue.

    This was over 72 hours ago. I have since emailed support and preorders each day but only receive the automated response that they will respond as soon as possible. The NI status page just shows my order information with the status "Not Paid" and no other links to cancel or pay the order.

    Some people have said that someone from NI will respond here sooner than via email but I see a number of others in the forum with similar payment difficulties and not many resolutions.

    Do you have any special chars on out address, name or city? for example: å, ä and you pressed right button to pay(amex?)

    If yes, you have the same problem as I had. First of all ask NI support reactivate your payment(but firstly check with your bank, so there are n any transaction), then ask them to put instead of special chars ASCII letter, fore example. I had address Linnamäe, because of that ä when you paying via Amex, system crashing(dunno why, I already sent this issue to NI, but seem like they did not fix that).

    You can try pay also via right button, different credit cards(via CCavenue), in the end there are will be VISA\Amex card. But I dont like it, CCavenue very buggy. So I suggest wait when NI change your special chars and try again via Amex button, I triedthis yesterday and it's work like charm.( ah yes, you may need call to bank to activate this transaction, sometimes that need to bedone)

    Nope, I live in boring .us with no extended ASCII characters to speak of.
    This has nothing to do with my bank either cause NI never even allowed me to enter my CC details, just failed immediately after pressing AMEX button.

    And I still haven't heard from NI (day 4)

    Is it only me to notice, but since our mods made this special forum for NI support Tina didn't show up at all and she stop posting?
