So many of us have seen Google new UI. I'm interested in getting inout from those who have had their Adam for awhile now.
Are you interested in rooting and just putting stock Honeycomb? Or are you going to stick with Eden?

Not enough choices. It would depend on reviews of the final release Honeycomb, and experience of those who actually substitute it for Eden. Which supports Adam hardware better? How about a Maybe, at least?
you could also add "if you had an ADAM would you" to the question

Just watched the hour long Honeycomb presentation on YouTube. I am very impressed! I have to say that stock Honeyomb with NI apps (and other apps of course) sounds like the right thing to me. I don't see myself using the Eden UI once HoneyComb is available either oficially from NI or via Notion Hacks & XDA. Honestly, I'll probably go to Launcher Pro and do the same thing as soon as I get my Adam.

Ya I can't see eden being useful now that Honeycomb is here, stock honeycomb for me![]()
I saw the honeycomb demo today as well. I was very impressed. I think some of Notion Ink's apps like mailed, and sniffer are cool and would want to use them. The Eden UI itself does not appeal to me. The red ribbon going across the middle just looks tacky. It appears to need a lot of refinement and even then will not likely be up to honeycombs very vibrant look. I give Notion Ink credit for working out their own UI, but it's a little hard competing with the team google put together. Google's boys have been at this for a while they are knowledgeable and well paid. They also do not appear to rush things. Lets face the truth Notion Ink's debut has been less then stellar. They did rush things and are likely shooting a little too high. There is a side of me trying to talk myself out of Adam all together and another side saying hang in there. The fact the Notion Ink is having to resort to the hacking community to help get Adam running properly is troublesome as well. Rohan's comment saying something about love for XDA spoke volumes. At first blush I thought it was cool, we were going have this device that was totally open. After thinking about it more, that, and all the other crazy happenings within NI tells me the whole company setup is not really very unprofessional. Part of me wants out, and the part that is rebel says,"what the hell hang in there" you were going to root and do all that xda stuff anyway and the Adam is definitely perfect for that!
