I have a PixeQi + WiFi that came in a couple of hours ago.
Here are my first impressions:
1. Feels nice and light, while sturdy
2. Screen out of the box shines like a mirror, thank god for the Matt protector
3. Booted up in no time
4. Glad they sent it charged 100%, so didn't have to wait like some devices
5. Screen colors are somewhat washed out (as we had expected from the videos)
6. Camera quality is good outside, but indoors it is quite bad (expected from 3.2MP)
7. Swivel of the camera seems less durable than the rest of the device. I would avoid tampering with it too often.
8. The buttons on the side are nice and responsive
9. Placement of buttons is convenient and the weight distribution of the device makes it feel more handy than the iPad (i used to have one before I gifted it away)
10. Web browser is a hit-and-miss. The two-finger zoom is a gesture, not as smooth as other devices (This should hopefully be fixed once we get an update)
11. Changing from portrait to landscape and back hung my browser on gmail. Had to do a force close a couple of times actually since then.
12. Sideloaded Angry Birds and Skype. Both work fine

13. Browser doesn't play Youtube or the likes as Flash is not installed. Hoping for that in the update too
14. Touch response is a bit laggy and the panels don't always work very smoothly
15. Screen protector is b**ch to put on. Too large a screen to try and avoid the bubbles. Quite likely I will need to buy a new one in a few months
16. With the screen protector the Matt finish is quite decent
17. Volume on the device is quite good. Still to try stereophonic effect though
18. Keyboard input - I didn't particularly like the one Notion Ink has designed, since I have used Swype forever on my Samsung vibrant, but it comes with stock Android keyboard and a chinese keyboard. Will be installing others as soon as I can find the .apks (but after the update from NI)
19. Facebook app doesn't connect
20. Mail app didn't auto configure my gmail
Overall, I think a lot of issues are to do with the update not coming in... but my current review (to put a very unscientific number based on my experience with iPad and Samsung Vibrant) is:
Durability and design: 9/10
Touchscreen experience: 6/10
Screen colors and vibrance: 5/10
Performance of OS: 7/10
Multi-tasking (opened every single app I have on it): 8/10
Camera: 6/10
Sound: 8/10
Here is hoping that most of these numbers move up with the update...
