The Time Difference

We who are stateside tend to think of those working in Bangalore or China as working our 8am to 6pm hours.

The time differential causes Bangalore to be 13.5 hours ahead of PST. So their 8 to 6 is 6:30pm to 4:30 am PST. (9:30pm to 7:30 EST the previous day).

Don't know if they have 2nd & 3rd shifts.

Anyway when most of us (in USA) arise tomorrow they will already have ended their work day.

I realize we all know this stuff, but sometimes we forget. (so please don't send me any "duhs".)
