As many expected, SlashGear has posted a hands-on of the Notion Ink Adam at CES 2011.
In addition to the write-up, SlashGear has posted two videos with Rohan Shravan demoing Adam - a demo of Adam launching applications, and a demo of Adam's Flash performance.

Great! This is basically a hands on review by a major tech site! Sounds like they like it.

That slot looks big enough for a normal sd card.
These Pictures answer the question about what the slot on the bottom is, but then raise more questions about what media cards it read. It's kind of big just for microSDHC.
Edited: Nevermind, one is MicroSDHC one is SIM Card.

I am super happy they posted this. Funny that there STILL is no picture of the back of the device. I know the back trackpad functionality has been disabled, but, I would still like to see the back!
According to the promo video, on the left is the SIM slot - on the right is the microSD slot
They have posted a third video on Slashgear. They said they are processing them and will post, so there may be more.
