Amazon has announced on Jan. 4: Free Kindle Apps Tailored for Android and Windows LCD Tablet Computers. The apps will "be tailored specifically for Android and Windows based tablets to enable customers to access the Kindle Store."
This is great news and timing, and hopefully the app will run on the Adam, and take advantage of the Pixel Qi screen readability in various lighting conditions, like outside, as opposed to the iPad "mirror" effect.
Definitely. I'm sure I'm not the only one looking forward to reading e-books on the PixelQi screen, and having the ability to get my kindle books on the Adam would be awesome.
The Engadget review video does a nice job of demoing what appears to be the current Kindle for Android app running in full screen, and auto rotating from landscape to portrait mode, with very good readability in the sunlight, compared to the iPad "mirror"!

I need kindle badly. It was on one of the CES demo vids and looked good. Im going to be sideloading this badboy asap
