I just bought a Cygnett KeyPad from Fry's. It lists HTC phone compatibility and I can get the Bluetooth on my Nexus One to discover it but the usual pin numbers aren't working to pair. Anyone else gotten this to work on an android equipped device?

This is certainly a thread that I'll be keeping on eye on. I've got a feeling that I'm going to be doing a lot of note taking on the Adam, so having access to something like this is kind of a "must" for me.

Id return it and get a "freedom keyboard" instead: http://www.freedominput.com/freedom-accessories/freedom-pro-keyboard its the same price, and I know it works with almost any bluetooth tab or phone.

Okay, that's as close to spam as I'm going to get but little more to add at this juncture. I might have to wait on that since the microSD card is going to set me back a pretty penny... or a handful of ten thousands of pennies. ;)

Hello, after a lot of fighting with the cygnett keyboard, i have managed to pair it to my Archos 70 and to my HTC desire and Nexus one.
What you need to do is follow the standard pairing procedure and when the phone asks you the pairing code, you can type anything, i used the standard 0000 and straight after you do this, you have to type the same code on the cygnett keyboard and press enter. Your keyboard should now be paired. If pairing it to an android device, be patient, it may take 10 or 15 seconds to connect properly.

I hope this helps you guys.:)

I have one of the freedom pro keyboards (have used it with my droid2 and it works well)... now, if I could just get an adam to go with it...
