CCavenue ordering problems

[Tricky]

a bit of a nightmare from these people...

Been trying to send payment with my visa debit card, as the last step it asks me my password for the card, I don't have one for this card... never made one, and never needed one either... then it tells me to go and check my password on this site, where it tells me that my CC number is incorrect... I use this same card to regularly order stuff from amazon, steam and google checkout.

it's a prepaid card, so I moved the necessary funds into the card, the error it gives me is "Invalid CardNumber / Expiry Date or Insufficent Funds", after the error on their secondary website, i get a message saying that my card has been blocked from being used by CCavenue until I fix my password on their alignet-mpi.com site, but obviously they don't like my card at all...

it's a web- debit card for internet use only, so there's no physical card either...

it's a shame, I really wanted an adam, and it looks like I won't be able to get one :(

ya, I wish they changed processors or at least made them 'continent' specific or something. Im having issues as well and they are no help, and of course NI isn't either, they will likely send you a default email telling you to call your bank or something, but its with CCavenue.

They need to change to a processor with a phone number i think!

Got the same response as you. Tried paying for it with a norwegian VISA, but no luck...

The same for me, don't know if have to wait due temporaly problems or that it's another problem. I phoned my bank and everything should work!!!! NERFS!

I was about to start a thread telling people to use Visa, because CCAvenue has not cleared. My Am Ex payment yet. I had noticed that when I started a Visa payment it went straight to a CCAvenue page which I didn't get with Am Ex. Sounds like the problems with CCAvenue may be universal and may have to do with different processes in different countries. I hope this gets streamlined as the next wave of emails just went out.

I pre ordered in the first round. I had to try 3 times to get it to work. All the orders bog down there servers. I also use my visa debit card.

I had an issue where the ccavenue confirmation captcha wouldn't load. I was using IE. I ended up redoing the order in Chrome, and the captcha finally appeared. Everything else went smooth. I also pre-authorized the purchase with my bank.

My 3 VISA cards with cvv2 the ccavenue don't accepte with this reason: We are sorry your transaction could not be authorised due to a delay in establishing a connection to the issuing bank.

My payment went through after trying again about 10 hours after I first tried.

Today a screen came up wanting information that seemed to originate from my bank. Just DOB stuff and my mothers maiden name crap for verification. But I didnt get this screen appearing last night. Maybe it was from congestion on the ccavenue site, or maybe it was from my local banks servers being asleep at midnight, Im not sure. But today it finally worked for me.

All I can suggest is to keep on trying and hopefully it will go through.

I have used CCAvenue many times before to order things from India. 9 out of 10 times have to run through some hoops. There is not much purchasing happening in India on the internet. CCavenue may be the only big player.

The same problem (Visa debit card with enough pre-paid money on it, "insufficent funds" error message), tried five times, will re-try in several hours.

now it seems my prepaid CC has been blocked for 24 hours, (or so the bank says), can't even work on the problems now, have to wait the 24 hours and then pray that it works this time... I kinda wish this was handled by google payout =S
