Request: Word Processing on Adam Review and e-reader question

I want the tablet for its ereader and browser functions as well as ability to attach wireless keyboard and type up word documents and excel sheets. Will quick office do this or other software i'm unaware of?

How would you review the ability of the Notion Ink for use in college setting for text-e-books? Can you highlight in the e-reader?
