Awesome apps. But UI is nothing too special. Eden is much superior!

I read in another thread that adam might not be able to use honeycomb b/c of the screen resolution being below a stated level requirement for honeycomb. There was some debate over this - does anyone know if this turned out to be accurate? If so, that is unfortunate as I like the look of honeycomb. But I'm a tech newbie - is honeycomb *only* a UI that includes apps? My thought is that app developers will be targeting honeycomb tablets, and I will want many of these future apps. IF adam can't use honeycomb, will I be without these apps as well?

Sometimes I long for my record player and etch a sketch.

Ive got to say this is a big concern for me too ive looked into this and if honeycomb requires the higher resolution they say it needs then the notion ink falls short (with that why is the notion inks resolution slightly low when everything else seems great), this could mean that its unable to or going to have big problems upgrading to honeycomb. Ontop of that you cant access the official android market whats the point in having an android device that cant access the android market not making the mistake of getting another tablet that cant access the market like the advent vega its a real pain in the ***. i know they are saying about having their own market but how many apps is that going to have compared to the official market, specially honeycomb apps.

Dont get me wrong I think the notion ink is awesome and is near the top of my list for the tablet I want to get specially with the pixel qi screen and all its other features, but not being sure if going to be able to upgrade to honeycomb and not being able to access the official marketplace would put me off instantly, really hope they resolve these or give confirmation of future access, the motorola xoom is starting to look interesting.

The new unit will come with a customized version of Android 2.3 (aka Gingerbread) operating system known as Eden which includes almost all the known features of Honeycomb (2.4)[4][5] It might also be able to support Google Chrome OS and Ubuntu.[6] The Android Market will be implemented in late May upon release of Honeycomb (2.4) until then Notion Ink will rely on their own marketplace, named Genesis, for programmers
